Training & Leisure Centre
The goal of our Training & Leisure Centre is to provide adults with a developmental disability, the choice to participate in competitive employment within the community, or within the program operated business 'Chips R Us'. The Supported Employment component of the Training and Leisure Centre provides individualized support and training at the job site. The eventual goal is the withdrawal of support, so that the individual can enjoy employment independently and be an integral part of the community. The Training & Leisure Centre also provides an alternative to employment with daytime leisure and learning activities for those individuals who chose.
