You will be contacted by your assigned air show representative to take care of all the important details concerning your visit to our city and air show. Please take a moment to review the site and route maps. We will also need you to fill out the applicable forms, also at the links to the left.
Note: While your stay at the hotel is complimentary, you will be responsible for all extra incidental charges above the basic accommodation rate. These incidentals include telephone charges, movies, mini bar, room service etc.

Vouchers for all meals will be available upon arrival. These vouchers must be redeemed at the specified locations to take advantage of the North Bay Heritage Festival & Grant Forest Products Air Show's hospitality.
One of the great things about air show weekend is the opportunity it presents to catch up with old friends, make a few new ones, and generally celebrate all the hard work going on in the air and on the ground.
For this reason we are pleased to offer the Hanger Social on Saturday night at the Canadore College Aviation Campus located at Jack Garland Airport. This dinner is by pre-arranged printed invitation only. Invitations for you and every member of your air and ground crews will be forwarded to you upon arrival in your hospitality package.
The after-dinner reception and dance is open to all show participants and their guests, the dinner invitations cover this event. A certain number of reception-only invitations will be available throughout the weekend to accommodate last-minute guests.
Note: Each invitation to the dinner functions admits one person. There will not be extra dinner invitations available during Air Show weekend. If you would like to purchase additional tickets contact the Festival office.

Courtesy Vehicles
The North Bay Heritage Festival & Grant Forest Products Air Show makes
a number of vehicles available for performer use while visiting North
Bay. These are pre-arranged, although a limited number may be available
for daily use. If you are not sure if a vehicle has been assigned to you,
please contact the Festival office (before the show) to confirm. Festival
hospitality will meet you upon arrival to provide all required keys and
maps. Please read the following information regarding these vehicles.
Documentation
Please have your driver's license with you when you sign out your vehicle
as we need have a record of it on hand during your stay.

Anywhere in the hotel lot.
Festival Site Parking
Parking is available with the pass provided in your hospitality packages.
Jack Garland Airport
Parking
Parking is available at the Airport Static Display
Note: Your personal courtesy vehicle will not be allowed on the airfield. All other parking fees are the responsibility of the user. This includes parking tickets or towing fees. Unpaid tickets will be forwarded to your home base for payment.
Fuel
Fuel is available courtesy of the North Bay Heritage Festival & Grant
Forest Products Air Show. Fuel passes are provided in the glove compartment
of the vehicles issued.
Accidents
An accident must be reported to the Festival Manager and the local police
immediately, manager's cell (705) 845-1021
Limitations
Insurance restrictions require that the vehicles are for local use only.
Return of vehicle
Note: Vehicles must be returned to the airport prior to departure. They
are not to be left at the hotel.
Return the vehicle
with a full tank of gas to the area as directed at the time of pick up.
Leave the keys in the drop box at the airport. If you have special requirements
(early departures, etc.) please make arrangements with Festival office
at least one day in advance.
