NOJAC stands for the Northern Ontario Joint Apprenticeship Council which is a joint committee to select apprentices, established by the Electrical Contractors Association of Northern Ontario and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1687 which respectively represent contractors and electricians working in northeastern Ontario.
We are accepting applications from persons interested in becoming electrician apprentices, to work in our area with the goal of becoming licensed journeyman electricians. Previous experience as an electrical apprentice is not a requirement to apply. Since we require copies of educational records we accept applications by FAX, mail or drop off only.
