Southampton, Ontario Cottage for rent

Our small quaint privately owned cottage located just a few short steps to Southampton's beautiful sand beach is available from June through to September for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday).
It is ideal for 2 but can sleep up to 4. Our cottage has one small bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen and living room area. The cottage is well stocked with almost everything you need including air conditioning or electric heat, a radio, a television with satellite and in the kitchen there is a fridge and stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, pots and pans and lots of dishes and glassware. We have a deck with a picnic table in front and behind the cottage a propane BBQ for your use.
We supply blankets, pillows and bedspread, but we ask that you bring sheets for the 2 double beds (one bed and one pull out couch in the living room). Also we ask that you bring your own towels (for bathroom, kitchen and beach use).
Rental Information
- Weekly Rentals only from Saturday to Saturday June to September.
-$500.00 per week July and August.
-$400.00 per week June and September.
-Please note the last week of June that runs into July and the last week of August that runs into September will have the full summer cost of $500.00 per week charge.
-We ask for a $200.00 deposit which is non-refundable unless we are able to rent out the week you are unable to come.
-Please check out no later than 11:00AM
-Check in time is anytime after 2:00PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving late at night.
-We would prefer no pets.
-No smoking inside the cottage.
-Maximum four people in the cottage per rental.
-And lastly we like to keep the cottage clean, so please try and leave the cottage as clean as you found it! Cleaning supplies provided
