Welcome to the North Bay Heritage Festival & Grant Forest Products Air Show. We are proud to have you as part of the 2003 Air Show team.

Your performance will take place August 2 and August 3 over the scenic Lake Nipissing and will be viewed by thousands of excited guests.

This is the first year that we are offering this new information kit and we welcome any comments or suggestions.

Please review all sections carefully. It will provide you with valuable information to make planning for out 2003 Air Show a success. There are also sections that you are required to complete and send to the Festival office.

Community Relations
The North Bay Heritage Festival & Grant Forest Products Air Show has a long history of community interest and involvement.

Because of the unique "over water" characteristics of our show, eager fans do not have the usual opportunity to get close to the performers and their aircraft. For this reason, we want to offer all crew and support personnel from both the military as well as civilian sectors of our show the chance to meet and greet the public. We are offering an autograph session on site after the shows.

Performers flying and crew members not required at the airport are invited to the VIP and Corporate Hospitality Area at the show site to help us thank our guests and sponsors. A visit from you and some time to chat about your aircraft would be a thrill and highlight to anyone's day.
